The rarest expression of the château, the Cuvée ORIGINE has elevated the estate to one of the best in the appellation with this rosé, which, according to the famous journalist PARKER in 2017, "exceeded all our expectations", after a blind tasting of 147 rosés at the Maison des Côtes de Provence.
The use of "boutes" (large 600-litre barrels made of Allier oak) has, like the white wine and since the 2019 vintage, brought woody notes to this gastronomic rosé which can also be drunk in winter.
